Annotatsiya

The article develops a methodology for analyzing the technological processes of drying agricultural products through the effective use of the accumulation processes of combined solar and underground heat energy, in particular the kinetics of the moisture retention of melon slices and of the dried-apricot (kuraga) mass in a volumetric air-heating collector with a heat accumulator, the drying intensity, and the diffusive evaporation characteristics in the heat-and-moisture exchange process in preparing a high-quality dried product.
