The article examines the process of monitoring the adaptation of new employees at an enterprise. The main problems arising during adaptation are analysed, such as insufficient communication, a lack of support on the part of management and difficulties in mastering the corporate culture. Ways of solving them are proposed, including the development of structured adaptation programmes, regular feedback and the introduction of mentoring. The aim of the work is to increase the effectiveness of employee adaptation and to reduce staff turnover.
