This article examines the significance of a monitoring system in optimizing the processes of personnel selection and recruitment at an enterprise. It is noted that effective monitoring makes it possible not only to track the key indicators of recruiting, but also to identify problems at the various stages of personnel selection in a timely manner. The influence of automated systems and digital monitoring tools on the quality of hiring, the reduction of staff turnover and the increase in the overall level of employee satisfaction is analysed. The conclusions of the article emphasize the need to integrate the monitoring system into the personnel strategy of the enterprise in order to achieve sustainable development and competitive advantages.
