The article analyses the pharmaceutical market of medicinal products containing small quantities of psychotropic substances. The organisational and legal aspects of the control and regulation of the circulation of such products are considered. Data are given on the composition, dosage form, manufacturers and features of the sale of medicines containing codeine, phenobarbital, dextromethorphan, ephedrine and other substances. The results of the study revealed a significant predominance of domestic manufacturers in the market of certain groups of drugs, as well as differences in the prescription requirements for their dispensing. Data are presented on the share of Russian and foreign manufacturers, on dosage forms and on international non-proprietary names.
