Surgical treatment of gastroduodenal bleeding of ulcerous etiology

Annotatsiya

The results of the treatment of patients with ulcerative gastroduodenal bleeding in the surgical department of the Samarkand branch of the Republican Scientific Centre of Emergency Medical Care over a 20-year period were analysed. From 2004 to the present, active individualised tactics have been used in the treatment of 522 patients. In duodenal ulcer, along with the standard methods of organ-preserving interventions, methods of drug-thermal vagotomy were used in combination with extraduodenisation of the ulcer when the latter penetrated into the head of the pancreas. In gastric ulcer, priority was given to economical resections of the organ or to the methods of bringing the gastric ulcer outside the gastrointestinal tract (extragastration of the ulcer) with preservation of the angio- and neuroarchitectonics of the stomach. Sandostatin and histodil were used in the preoperative preparation, and the immunomodulator imunofan in the postoperative period.
