Chronic endometritis is one of the unresolved problems of gynaecology. The progress of endoscopy now makes it possible to bypass the bottlenecks of traditional technologies, such as invasiveness, the need for anaesthesia, performing the procedure blindly, and traumatism connected with the use of large-diameter instruments. A clinical observation and a brief review of the modern literature on a severe degree of chronic endometritis are presented.
