The article examines the issue of the efficiency of LED lighting from the standpoint of energy saving. The technical and economic properties of LED lamps for a particular residential space have been studied. The economic efficiency resulting from the transition to LED lighting is shown. The payback period from the use of energy-saving lamps amounted to between 3 and 4 years.
