In an experiment on rats, the morphological changes in the parts of the nephron of the rat kidneys were compared under normal conditions and under polypragmasy with anti-inflammatory drugs. It was established that after polypragmasy with anti-inflammatory drugs the parameters of the nephrons of the renal tissue decrease and the functional activity of the nephron declines.
