In this study, organic additives that increase the octane number of oxygen-containing gasoline were synthesized using local raw materials such as isoamyl alcohol, phthalic anhydride, glycerin, and acetic acid. The optimal conditions for the synthesis process were determined. The structure of the synthesized compounds was confirmed using IR, PMR, and NMR spectroscopy methods. The effect of diisoamyl phthalate (DIAP) and triacetin (TA) additives on AI-80 gasoline showed a significant increase in octane number. The addition of 10% DIAP increased the octane number by 7.5 units, while 5% TA increased it by 4.3 units. The results demonstrate the feasibility of producing efficient and environmentally friendly oxygenated additives based on local raw materials.
