The article is devoted to the relevance of the tuberculosis process due to its multi-organ impact on organs and systems, the pathogenesis of neurological changes, and the damage to the central and peripheral nervous systems (CNS and PNS). The types of immunity and how they respond to the existing pathological infectious agent are described. The main pathogenetic mechanisms for the development of CNS and CNS pathology in tuberculosis have been demonstrated. Variations of neural system lesions have been described, and a classification of tuberculous lesions of the CNS based on clinical signs has been presented. It thoroughly touches upon the epidemiological picture of some countries, including the Republic of Uzbekistan. The diseases that develop in organ and system tuberculosis and the severity of their clinical course are presented. The article also presents the necessary diagnostic measures and their advantages in diagnosing the disease in its early stages for timely treatment and prevention.
