Methodology for Increasing the Efficiency of Training 10–12-Year-Old Tennis Players

Annotatsiya

The study employed a non-traditional set of exercises to enhance the technical training of tennis players aged10–12 years. After a 6-month training cycle, the accuracy of strokes was assessed by calculating the ratio of the numberof clear and unclear balls aimed at the target located on the right side at a 60° angle from a distance of 7 meters. Thetraining effectiveness was evaluated accordingly.
