This clinical case aims to remind general practitioners, urologists, therapists, traumatologists, orthopedists, neurosurgeons, and neurologists of the need for a more serious approach to patients presenting with movement disorders, urinary incontinence, and cognitive impairment. Early diagnosis of normotensive hydrocephalus and cerebral amyloid angiopathy timely referral to the appropriate specialist can improve patient's quality of life and prevent early disability. The following clinical case presents a patient with comorbidity of normotensive hydrocephalus and cerebral amyloid angiopathy based on laboratory and instrumental examinations. The analysis results highlight the need for a deeper study of this condition and emphasize the importance of providing physicians with relevant information.
