Annotatsiya

An important role in the upbringing of the younger generation as physically healthy individuals is played by theimprovement of physical education, sports, and recreational activities in educational institutions. This article highlightsphysical education and sports in educational institutions, morning physical exercises, physical education classes, sportsclubs, sports competitions and celebrations, as well as independent exercises and training using natural factors.
