In this article, the occurrence of cognitive Sciences in science and philosophy, their epistemological analysis is given. The heuristic aspects of cognition, the formation of the artificial intelligence sector as a result of research on the human brain and intellect, have come up with new challenges in cybernetics. Also in the article it became known that cognitive systems are divided into artificial and natural forms. The algorithmic logical essence of cognitive systems was determined.
