The article describes the modern approach to teaching numbers to primary school students, enriching their understanding of numbers and increasing students’ mathematical literacy through integrated and innovative methods of teaching numbers. The advantages of using modern teaching technologies and interactive methods in improving the mathematical literacy of primary school students are reflected.
