The article presents data on the analysis of cognitive impairment and dementia in patients with Parkinson's disease depending on clinical forms. A comparative assessment of neuropsychological tests such as neuropsychometric assessment of dementia in Parkinson's disease and the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale is given.
