Annotatsiya

Currently, it is believed that the leading role in the functioning of animal cells, in the regulation of many metabolic processes and in the transmission of intracellular Ca2+ signaling is played by the Ca2+-dependent cyclosporine A-sensitive pore (CSP) of mitochondria. The CSP-sensitive pore (mega channel) ensures the transition of mitochondrial membranes to a highly permeable open state (permeability transition pore - PTP) under various physiological conditions. It is also known that the open state of the CSP-sensitive pore plays a key role in the development of various cell pathologies, as well as cell death - necrosis and apoptosis.
