This article evaluation of mechanisms arising in back pain will further serve as a basis for in-depth study of etiopathogenesis of this pathology in our republic. Back pain occurs during life in 50-99% of the population; the highest level of prevalence and morbidity is in the working age. Injuries of the lumbosacral spine account for 60-80%, which is due to the peculiarities of biomechanics and increased load on this department.
