This paper examines the clinical, epidemiological and immunological aspects of myasthenia gravis, an autoimmune disease characterized by impaired transmission of neuromuscular impulses, and identifies modern principles of its treatment. Both traditional and the latest therapies, including immunomodulatory drugs and biological therapy methods, are analyzed in order to determine the most effective approaches to managing the condition of patients.
