Annotatsiya

External genital endometriosis is a chronic inflammatory condition characterized by the presence of endometrial-like tissue outside the uterine cavity, often accompanied by altered immune responses and increased production of inflammatory cytokines. This study aims to investigate the dynamics of inflammatory cytokine levels in women with external genital endometriosis before and after surgical intervention. The research evaluates key pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines to understand their role in disease progression and response to treatment. Blood samples were analyzed prior to surgery and during the postoperative period to assess changes in cytokine profiles. The findings indicate that surgical treatment contributes to a significant modulation of inflammatory cytokine levels, reflecting a reduction in systemic inflammation and an improvement in the immunological environment. These results suggest that monitoring cytokine dynamics can serve as a useful tool for evaluating treatment effectiveness and predicting postoperative outcomes in patients with external genital endometriosis.
