This article deals with the rules of the great representative of the Uzbek nation and the commander and statesman Amir Temur, who left an indelible mark on world history, in the selection, assignment and appointment of his subordinates. At the same time, in order to shed more light on the issue, based on many years of experience, the book “Temur’s Statutes” uses the advice given to his successors in this regard.
