The importance of teaching instrument performance to future music teachers

Annotatsiya

This article analyzes the role and importance of instrumental performance skills in the professional training of future music teachers. Based on scientific and pedagogical sources, practical observations, and educational experience, it demonstrates that a teacher’s live performance significantly enhances students’ musical perception, aesthetic taste, creative expression, and motivation. The study substantiates the necessity of integrating theoretical knowledge with practical training and highlights the role of instrumental performance as a methodological tool that increases the didactic effectiveness of the lesson.
