Annotatsiya

Hypertrophic scars represent a consequence of impaired skin repair processes, predominantly following burns and traumatic injuries. They are often accompanied by subjective symptoms such as itching, pain, and skin irritation. Despite advancements in burn therapy and post-traumatic rehabilitation, the development of scars—particularly those leading to functional impairments and deformities—remains a pressing issue in clinical practice, although it does not pose an immediate threat to patients’ lives.
