Annotatsiya

x virus ranks second after the flu. Over 90% of the world's people are infected with herpes simplex virus [1,6]. Acute herpetic stomatitis, the causative agent of which is the herpes simplex virus, is one of the most frequent viral diseases of childhood with pronounced changes in the oral mucosa. The formation of an immune response in herpes infection is a complex and multicomponent process. It is known that the body's resistance to the herpes virus is determined by the activity of natural killers, macrophages, as well as the ability of cells to process and present a virus-specific antigen to T-lymphocytes. At the same time, a specific cellular immunity mediated by T-lymphocytes has a decisive influence on the nature of the course of herpetic infection. Viremia significantly reduces the activity of cellular and humoral immunity, leading to secondary immunodeficiency [1,2,4].
