The article interprets business discourse through a synergetic approach, arguing that language is an open, dynamic system analyzed with reference to the laws of self-organization. The linguosynergetic approach jointly reveals micro-level units and macro-level genre and social context. It shows how bifurcation, polyfurcation, attraction and fluctuation mark turning points in business communication and the emergence of new norms. Under digital change, styles become more interactive and borrowed terms gain prominence. Accordingly, a conceptual scheme and practical analytical criteria are proposed for Uzbek-language business discourse
