This article analyzes the expression of the character of “family care” on the example of the concept of “mother” in the uzbek language. Aspects such as the development of the lexeme “mother” given in the dictionary, the use of units representing the concept “mother” in uzbek folk proverbs and the expression of the concept “mother” in hadits were studied and expressed. Semantic structure of mother lexeme, comparative analysis of phraseological and lexical meaning is presented on the basis of the table.
