Cerebrovascular disease remains the most important medical and social problem due to its prevalence among neurological diseases, as well as its leading position in the overall morbidity and mortality of the population.The number of patients with cerebrovascular diseases in Uzbekistan is very high - about 40-45 thousand people suffer from cerebrovascular diseases every year. Among the known types of ischemic stroke, cardioembolic stroke (CEI) is difficult to diagnose and treat, which is more severe than other types.
