In thisd article results of treatment 82 patients, with occlusion of an internal carotid artery are analysed. Efficiency of reconstructive operations depending on weight of neurologic deficiency and term of carrying out of operation is studied in patients with occlusion of an internal carotid artery who had an ischemic stroke. Features of brain haemodynamics at patients with occlusion of internal carotid artery and its dynamics after surgical treatment are studied. This study confirms efficiency of reconstructive operations in preventive maintenance of repeated strokes and surgical rehabilitation.
