This article delves into the pivotal role of young individuals in shaping and propelling the digital economy forward. As the digital landscape continues to evolve rapidly, the active participation of youth emerges as a critical factor in driving innovation, entrepreneurship, and economic growth. Through an analysis of current trends and case studies, number of employees in the field of information technology, the share of households in the Republic of Uzbekistan with access to the Internet by service type, volume of provided communication and information services, average monthly salary calculated for employees working in legal entities whose main economic activity is ICT and volume of gross added value created in the information economy and e-commerce sectors.
