Although the existence of nasal polyps are more than 5000 years and manifestations of nasal polyps detected at present in 1-5% of the adult population, the main aspects of this pathology (pathophysiologic, diagnostic, therapeutic, surgical) remain unresolved. The research result shows that the optimal tactics diagnosis of recunent PRS is change control vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and (VGEFR-2) after surgical removal of tissue polyposis in serum
