For the first time on the basis of an extensive clinical material frequency of occurrence of a relapsing aphthous stomatitis (RAS) with various gravity of a current is presented. It is shown that frequency of RAS of moderate severity level makes 56,82%, easy - 26,72% and serious - 4,65%. The augmentation of frequency of relapses with augmentation of gravity of disease is proved. On the basis of the analysis of frequency and structure of a background somatic pathology the associativity of RAS to a pathology of a gastroenteric tract, augmentation of frequency of a background pathology to increase of gravity of a clinical current of RAS is shown.
