ENMG was held in order to make sure the status of motor analyzer and, particularly, peripheral nerves in arms and legs of children with motor developmental delay, and also as a differential diagnostic with cerebrospinal and cerebral groups. Detected changes of ENMG in somatic nerves of arms and legs as a symmetric decrease of nerve conduction velocity and muscular activity in young children with spinal pathology have helped to connect the results with abnormality and progression of ischemia of peripheral nerves' structure of arms and legs
