In 4 (5,9%) cases detected youthfill angifibrom. All operations were performed under endoscopic control. Video endonasoforingoscops made possible to achieve 100% diagnostic pathology mouth of the auditory tube. Holding adenotomy under endoscopic control allows you completely remove the adenoid tissue. Hemostasis, performed under endoscopic control makes possible to avoid bleeding.
