Scientific research is devoted to the study of the role of the process abnormalities of the lipid peroxidation in forming of the pathological process in the paradontium after placing the treatment orthodontic structures. In general were examined 38 patients, who received orthodontic treatment using permanent orthodontic structures - braces. At the research of the processes LPAS (lipid peroxidation - antioxidant system) it was specified, that at clinical signs of inflammation of oral mucosa, caused by the orthodontic structures m the oral liquid, was reported the disbalance pro- and antioxidant systems, synchronized with the severity of clinic implications. It was reported, that the processes of LP allow pretty exactly asses the clinical condition of the paradontium at orthodontic treatment with permanent orthodontic structures, as well as being the exact predictors of possible trauma, which has a very important diagnostic value for determining the tactics of performing treatment-and-prophylactic activities.
