Отечественный препарат Лизак как местное антисептическое средство широко применяется в отоларингологии и стоматологии. Одним из опосредованных механизмов его эффективного действия при инфекпи-онно- воспалительной патологии ротоглотки является нейтральное или стимулирующее влияние на факторы врожденного иммунитета (Марушко Ю В и соавт., 2010; Мельников ОФ. и соавт., 2013). Вместе с тем для рационального комплексного лечения воспалительных процессов необходимы знания о более широком спектре иммуномодулирующих эффектов препарата. Наиболее четкие данные получены в исследованиях in vitro, когда клетки освобождены от всей гаммы возможных негативных влияний, что наблюдается при исследовании ш vivo (Мельников О.Ф., 1981).
