As a result of research there are two groups of patients: 1st group: During treatment patients used medicine «PharGALS» 2nd group Patients used traditional method of treatment After 30 days of research and collection of statistical data we identified that patients of first group had positive changes of local immunity after using the medicine Phar GALS. But patients of second group, which used traditional mouth rinse, had a significant decrease of slgA on 12,1%, the decrease of lysozyme activity on 11,7%,FAN- on 15.8% andFN- on 21,7%. The stability of local immunity in oral cavity make optimal conditions for adaptation of removable denture and destruction of pathogens on inflammatory surfaces.
