In this article, it is considered how the future of the nation and our country depends on healthy, morally pure, spiritual, harmoniously developed youth. In the education of such young people, first of all, the experience of all times is necessary. Namely, in the legacy of scientists of the past, its analysis and application in practice in modern conditions, it is also necessary to consider the moral education of young people as a necessary and objective necessity in solving educational and moral problems. The article also examines the scientific activity of the famous representative of the Timurids, ruler, mathematician, astronomer Mirzo Ulugbek. About his care and development of madrassas, observatories, socio-philosophical analysis of the scientific heritage of scientists. On the development of socio-political, cultural and philosophical thinking of the peoples of Central Asia in the XV-XVI centuries. Various aspects, evolution, historical and philosophical foundations in historical perspective.
