In this article, the author covers the reasons for disintegration and integration processes in Central Asia, the origins of the formation of the concept of "Public diplomacy", gives examples of successful diplomacy on the example of Germany and France, China and Japan, the degree of use of instruments of Public diplomacy in Central Asia, expresses his opinion on the unity of the people of Central Asia.
