In the article, the author discusses the importance of scientific, theoretical and comparative analysis of rock paintings in the study of art, religious beliefs, agriculture, everyday life, social structure and ethnocultural problems of hunter-gatherers and nomadic pastoralists in the Chatkal Range. This indicates that this area has been inhabited by our ancestors since ancient times.
