Stephen Frederick Starr's work is dedicated to revealing the phenomenon of Central Asian awakening - a rare phenomenon in the history of the East that has made a huge contribution to the development of human civilization. In particular, the work is aimed at illuminating the vast scientific and cultural heritage of our country's scholars. This work examines scholars' freethinking, religious tolerance issues, and the true causes of scientific achievements. It is shown that the ideas boldly put forward by scientists have made a significant contribution to the development of world science. The factors that influenced the decline of science and education in Central Asia are also detailed. It was noted that in modern conditions, striving for the development of science and culture has been chosen as one of the most important directions in building the future. The translator presents the conclusions of contemporary scientific research on some issues in the work.
