This article analyzes the essence of the state policy on reforming education, implemented today in Uzbekistan, the content of the Law "On Education", as well as forms, types of the right to education, processes in the system of primary, secondary and higher education. according to this made. Some solutions and proposals are presented in the framework of problems and shortcomings existing in the education system.
