The Central Asian khanates have long been a state based on agriculture. Because this land is fertile and rich in cultural resources. Since the Bukhara Emirate was also an agricultural country, many canals and ditches were dug in Bukhara, waterworks were built, cities grew, handicrafts flourished, and craftsmen were organized into workshops. The quality of agricultural products became the basis for the establishment of trade relations with foreign countries. The role of agriculture in the development of Bukhara Emirate is incomparable. In particular, in the years of independence, it is the task of every historian to consistently study, analyze, and master the aspects that are useful for the state. In the research work, the history of formation and development of agricultural sectors in the Bukhara Emirate was highlighted by the researchers of the period of independence, and the unexplored issues that need to be researched were determined on the basis of comparative analysis.
