In this article, based on the information of primary archive documents,the activity of the Supreme Court in the field of civil affairs in the Uzbek SSR was discussed.Also,in the article ,the Supreme Court of the Uzbek SSR considers agreements on property relation in civil cases,issues of alimony of citizens,purchase and sale ,inheritance,strict control of Soviet power.
