This article analyzes the issues of social partnership in the spiritual and educational activities of young people in Tashkent mahallas during the еars of independence. The cooperation of the mahalla institute with public organizations will also be demonstrated. In addition, the effectiveness of practical work, events and meetings in the mahallas of Tashkent are analyzed
