This article highlights the organizational activities of the Department of Chemical and Biological Sciences of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Organization of scientific institutions on the basis of the department, their inclusion in the system of the Academy of Sciences, transfer to another system, liquidation and reorganization. As a result of the analysis, it was determined which institutions were included in the Academy, transferred to another system, liquidated or reorganized.
