The presented article examines the issue of concluding a legal aid agreement in various attorney’s formations, and defines the distinctive features of the content of the legal aid agreement in a law firm. The author analyzes the procedure for concluding an agreement by the managing partner of a law firm and the need for a power of attorney from all partners. As a result of studying the legislation and conducting a comparative legal analysis of the distinctive features of a law firm and a board of attorneys in the framework of providing legal assistance, the author makes a proposal to improve the procedure for contractual legal regulation of the provision of legal assistance by a partner lawyer in a law firm.
