The article deals with the phenomenon of homonymy in Arabic, describes the main varieties of interlingual homonyms (relatively the same in pronunciation and different in spelling and meaning in Russian and Arabic). The types of interlingual homonyms in Russian and Arabic (full and incomplete or partial) are also analyzed.
