This article reveals the role of linguoculturology in world linguistics and the opinions of linguists about it. Approaches to the study of linguistic units, especially phraseology, in the linguoculturological aspect are covered. To find a solution to this problem, research works on the study of phraseological units in the linguocultural aspect, as well as the opinions of linguists, are reflected.
