Maqolada zaif bandlikning mazmun-mohiyati, uning mehnat bozori va aholi turmush darajasiga ta’siri tahliletilgan bo‘lib, asosiy xususiyatlari – rasmiy shartnoma yo‘qligi, ijtimoiy himoyadan chetda qolish va mehnat huquqlariningcheklanganligi qayd etilgan. O‘zbekistonda o‘zini o‘zi band qilganlar soni tez o‘smoqda va ular zaif toifaning asosiy qisminitashkil etadi. Urbanizatsiya hamda xalqaro tajribalar bu ko‘rsatkichni qisqartirishda muhim omil sifatida ko‘rsatilgan.Mualliflar unumli bandlikka o‘tish uchun kasbiy qayta tayyorlash, ijtimoiy himoya mexanizmlarini kuchaytirish, norasmiysektorni rasmiylashtirish va raqamli platformalardan foydalanish orqali aholi farovonligini oshirish bo‘yicha amaliytavsiyalar bergan
