This article discusses issues related to the participation of legal representatives in civil proceedings. The general provisions of the legal representation are analyzed. The author analyzes the practical experience from judicial practice in cases of judicial decisions without the involvement of guardianship and guardianship authorities. In the study, the author made suggestions and recommendations for improving the participation of legal representatives in national legislation.
